Mr Bailey demanded Mr Khan guarantee young black men would not be targeted excessively.

But after questioning the Mayor for almost four minutes, Mr Bailey was clearly frustrated at the responses.

I've asked you the questions four times but you've not answered.

– SHAUN BAILEY, CONSERVATIVE MEMBER, LONDON ASSEMBLY

As things currently stand, I'm the Mayor, not you. It's for me to answer the questions how I answer them.

– SADIQ KHAN, MAYOR OF LONDON
