This week, within the London Food Tech Week, the Borough Market organizes an exhibition dedicated to the future of food. London Food Tech Week is held for the third time, becoming larger and larger from year to year. Now Food Tech Village will appear in the London Bridge area. The event will allow everyone to learn (and assess the taste) what is happening in the field of food production and what to expect from food in the near future.
The exhibition devoted to the future of food at Borough Market
The main focus of the exhibition will be on innovative products and companies that supply the industry with advanced technologies. For example, ChicP, which found that 40% of the crop of vegetables in Britain are rejected because of shape or size, will present hummus, prepared exclusively from "wrong" vegetables.
Another company, Fresh Check, will demonstrate an innovative technology Smart Use-By Dates, which is a short guide to food safety. So go to the Food Tech Village and discover a lot of unprecedented (and not bitten) before novelties in the field of nutrition.
Food Tech Village will work on the Borough Market from November 2nd to 4th. Free admission.
