Christmas lights are coming

Christmas is close - it can be seen from advertising, it is felt in supermarkets and shops. But a truly festive mood will come when Christmas lights are lit on the streets.

1. Oxford Street, November 7th. On November 7th, one of the busiest shopping streets of the city will be decorated with 1778 lights, and the rays of light will look like falling snowflakes. And of course, there will be very, very many people on the street.

2. Carnaby Street, November 9th. By a good tradition, Soho will be revived with the festive lights on Carnaby Street Christmas. Last year, lighting was in the style of the 60's, but what will happen in this year is still unknown. But it is worth waiting, because on the day when the street lights light up, they will organize a party for customers again, and stores will tempt you with a 20% discount.

3. Covent Garden, November 14th. On November 14th, Christmas will officially return to Covent Garden. And the organizers plan to arrange a romantic surprise. 40 lamps from mistletoe will hang here. So, if you want to kiss someone, entice this person in Covent Garden.

4. Marylebone High Street, November 15th. There are a lot of boutiques here, and the name of the street is difficult to pronounce, but it is here where the Christmas decorations will be set, and most importantly, it will be done at the party. There will also be live music and other entertainment.

5. Regent Street, November 16th. Christmas lights on this street were started to lit back in 1954. This year they plan to repeat the pleasant tradition on November 16th. As always, celebrities will come here, so be careful and look around with high attention.

6. Kew Gardens, November 22nd. In Kew Gardens they always make amazing decorations, and this year will not be an exception. Organizers of illumination promise more than a million light bulbs with a total length of more than 2 km. Also in the gardens there will be singing trees. You will definitely like it. 7. Magic Lantern Festival, Chiswick. You can expect very large lanterns in traditional Chinese style, with illumination from the inside. 8. Trafalgar Square, unclear. This year, as before, Norway will traditionally give London a 20-meter long Christmas tree. It will be decorated with festive lights. For now it is not clear when exactly the ceremony will take place, but there are rumors that the forest beauty will shine on December 1st.

9. Bond Street, intriguing. Bond Street is usually very secretive when it comes to Christmas, so you have to keep an eye on the information. But for sure it will be very exquisite and charming. And perhaps, the program of last year will repeat, which everyone liked very much. Beautiful peacock feathers are a great idea. So, if this year it will be the same, no one will be upset.

10. Lumiere London, January 18th. Londoners are waiting for a luxurious Lumiere Festival. More than 40 artists will exhibit light sculptures in central London for three sparkling days. Do not miss this!
