If you consider a glass with a cold drink the peak of summer happiness in the heat, then better think about cold or even "frozen" prosecco. In Brighton, one bar has started making the first menu in the United Kingdom with “frozecco” (frozen prosecco). Special feature of the frozen drink is that frozecco retains bubbles (may be it will become a breakthrough in science).
A few weeks ago, a new menu with frozecco was presented in the Patterns bar. Weary visitors can drink "pure" wine or try it in Mojito Royale or Aperol Spritz. By the way, if you need frozecco to be happy, then this menu with frozen prosecco will appear in London soon too.
Date and place are still unknown. But there is always hope. In the meantime, either nothing or a trip on a train to Brighton.
